Themis: Automated Website Monitoring

Helped integrate SEI with Themis' website monitoring module, enabling customers to track any regulatory issues with their third-party vendor's websites.

LogicGate: Platform Performance Team

Worked directly with the CTO (founder) of LogicGate and senior BE engineers to prioritize, execute, and track platform performance initiatives.

Factor: Analytics via Metabase

Worked directly with Factor.io's engineering team and Metabase to offer custom dashboards directly in-product.

LogicGate: Risk Cloud Documents

This feature allows customers to create custom branded document templates, and then automatically populate those templates with Risk Cloud data at the click of a button

LogicGate: Slack Integration

Integration allowing customers to send Slack messages based on actions happening in LogicGate Risk Cloud. This allowed our admins to send contextual messages directly to their employees in the platform they are comfortable with. All Slack messages contain a link to the user's work so they are able to jump into Risk Cloud directly from the message.

LogicGate: Zapier App

A custom Zapier App allowing our customers to build their own integrations with pre-built Risk Cloud actions / triggers.

LogicGate: Webhook Integration

A native feature to our application allowing customers to send data via webhook to a specified URL based on events in Risk Cloud.

LogicGate: Jira Cloud Integration

An integration allowing customers to create Jira tickets from within Risk Cloud and/or link existing Jira tickets. This gave users a more holistic understanding of how their GRC process (in Risk Cloud) interacted with or depended on more technical processes (in Jira.)
